Daily Yoga classes to make the most of your holidays
Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility.
Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.
Meet our coach Kristyna
Kristyna is an experienced yoga teacher with over 6 years of teaching experience of traditional ashtanga, hatha, and yin yoga. Since she was 5 years old, Kristyna devoted herself to ballet and modern dance which later led her to yoga and sparked a deep interest not only in the physical but also in mental practices which brought her to a deeper exploration and a desire to become a teacher herself. In 2017, she completed her first 200-hour certificate in Hatha Yoga, followed by a first visit to Indian Mysore where she returns every year to practice with her teachers. Her latest visit in 2022 lasted 7 months where she had the opportunity to obtain a deeper knowledge of hatha yoga with Acharya Venkatesha (Atmavikasa Kutira) and for the first, time she experienced a 2-month traditional teaching of ashtanga yoga with Sharath Jois (Sharath Yoga Centre).
In the past two years, Kristyna travels the world and help establish traditional yoga teaching in various studios, hotels, and retreats, mostly recently in Nicaragua, Ecuador, Laos, and Zanzibar. In summer she decided to go back to Europe and we are happy to welcome her to our hotel.
This is how Kristyna presents her teaching style:
"Following the traditional teachings of Sharath Jois and Acharya Venkatesha, I try to pass the most authentic form of yoga that I learned from my teachers. I believe that yoga is for everybody - young, older, fit, a person with injuries, beginners, and advanced practitioners. I always teach from my own experience, with kindness and understanding of each and everyone’s needs. Whether it is ashtanga, hatha, or yin yoga I want you to relax and enjoy the beautiful feeling that yoga will leave you with - both physically and mentally."
