The reception team is at your complete disposal daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

In our hotel there is an absolute ban on smoking, except for terraces and balconies of the rooms.

Our hotel is happy to provide you with the following services:

Minibar stocking: You wish - we fill!

On arrival, let us know how we can fill your minibar. You have the possibility to consume the ordered drinks during your stay and if you do not consume them all, you are of course welcome to take the remaining drinks home with you.

 

For your SPA & Cosmetic appointments 

In our cosmetic department we will pamper you from head to toe – with a wide choice of superb cosmetic treatments using the world-famous Elemis products. For our various Spa offers it will  be our pleasure to fix your appointment at the reception 

Please tell us your desired date and we will check the feasibility, depending on availability and remind you of your appointment.

Parking and garage 

We offer you the possibility to reserve a parking space for the period of your stay in our underground garage. Please let us know in a timely manner how long you need the parking space and we will ensure that your reservation runs smoothly. There are about 20 parking spaces at your disposal. The parking spaces are located in the building of our partner hotel Falkensteiner.

How to get there:

Start on Nassfeld Str./B90 south towards Sonnenalpe Nassfeld for 160 m

Turn left onto Sonnenalpe Nassfeld, after 76 m turn left again. After 21 m you will find the underground car park directly at the Falkensteiner Hotel on the right ramp.

 

Ski pass sale:

You have the possibility to buy your ski pass at our reception, according to your needs.  Just let us know for what period you need the ski pass, our reception team will take care of it.

 

When is check in and check out?

Check in:

An earlier arrival is possible in principle, but no guarantee can be given that the room will be ready for occupancy before 3 p.m..  You are welcome to store your luggage in our hotel and then move into your room at the appropriate time, in the meantime you will have the opportunity to explore the location or enjoy a drink in our bar.

 

Check out:

Depature is predetermined until 11 a.m. . A late check out is available for a surcharge. The allowances are as follows:

Departure from 12 noon to 4 p.m.: 50% of the overnight stay tax is due

Departure from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.: 80% of the overnight stay tax is due

Departure from 6 p.m.: 100% of the overnight stay tax is due.
