Adults only:

In order to offer our guests a pleasant and relaxing stay, we only allow adults and young people (from 16 years of age) to book with us. We are definitely happy to recommend suitable hotels with family and children's activities in the vicinity or in the vicinity.

 

Cancellation conditions:

If you need to change your travel plans at short notice, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

If the cancellation is made within 14 days prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge 80% cancellation costs of the total room rate.
Cancellation is only accepted in writing.
In the event of a no-show and / or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

 

Please note:

If you do not use individual services of packages, the daily prices and / or weekly prices apply without any deduction.
There is no entitlement to unused services.

 

Payment options:

You can pay the final invoice in cash, with an EC card (debit card), American Express, Visa or Mastercard.

 

Terms and Conditions:

Reservation: For a guaranteed booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 40% of the total price to our bank account.

 

Arrival and Departure:

Arrival: from 3 p.m.
Departure: by 11.00 a.m.

Early check-in and late check-out:

On request, subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Smoking:

Our hotel is mainly a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted on the balconies of our rooms. Please note that we will charge a cleaning fee if you still smoke in your room.
